We were super impressed by Johnny’s local knowledge, approach, and manner right from the start. Polite, courteous and not pushy whatsoever. Johnny was super enthusiastic and explained to us the sales and marketing approach that he employs. Communication was excellent by both Johnny and his support team who assisted him with the inspections and behind the scenes. The property received numerous offers after the first open house, with an offer accepted that afternoon. His approach was very successful, securing an offer that surpassed all expectations. Knowing Marilyn for some years now made our choice too easy. Marilyn, with years of real estate experience, gave us the confidence in her abilities.
