Kevin always kept us in the loop with what was going on during any inspection or open house. He also kept the tenant informed of what was happening. There wasn't really a period where I didn't know what was happening with the house and what his next step was. During the settlement period and after the building inspection there were some small issues that required attention. Kevin organised for these issues to be resolved within hours of getting the report back. He also went above and beyond with his organising skills during the last days before settlement. Issued were raised by the purchasers, and Kevin had someone in there cleaning and making sure everything was in place for settlement to go ahead on time. Thank-you Kevin, I owe you a coffee or two.
