In a very tough selling climate Kevin keep me up to date with our best options and his advice ended up ringing true. The market was flooded with similar Investment Properties to the one we were wanting to sell and Kevin did seal deal early in the process but that unfortunately fell through due to finance. Kevin remained calm and stuck to his guns and eventually got a sale across the line. Now this is when Kevin earned his money. When the buyers tried to play hard ball with the sale, Kevin stayed in my corner and went into bat. He had enough experience and the right amount of knowledge to negate the ridiculous buyer requests and gave good advice to make the sale continue on to a satisfactory settlement. Even after settlement Kevin continued to work for me, solving all the problems which arose from tenant issues (damage to the building and vacating without bond cleaning etc). In the end Kevin did a great job, selling my investment property in a tough sales climate and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone.
