Karen had a tough sale with me at first. Our first contract was difficult, the buyer stopped communicating with Karen and my conveyancer. Karen was all over it, trying her best to find out what was going on and always still seeking other buyers to have as a back-up. When the contract fell through Karen had already had another "open" on the house and we secured a 2nd contract straight away. She always had my interests as her first priority and was always prepared to show the house to other buyers or organise another "open" when we could see that the first contract was going to fall over. She did not show any stress and remained professional and helpful the whole way through. She always communicated with me promptly whenever there was anything to inform me about.
