This was mainly due to the fact that it was a new build, there were issues with the build (due to lack of trades) and timings kept on getting pushed out with jobs on site as well. Once again, Glenn did a stellar job interacting with the vendor/builder and communicating my requests and concerns, through to them. Glenn was always only a phone call away and promptly dealt with any queries or concerns that I had throughout the entire process, which by the way, took around 6 x months. Glenn was nearly always available when I needed to chat and if not, got back to me that same day and he always put me at ease. He is very approachable, compassionate and professional. I would certainly recommend Glenn to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, without hesitation!
