Amazing results

Hard working and dedicated.
Karen is a wonderful agent. Her advice, support and her skills made it extremely easy to sell our house. We chose Karen because she understood our needs, other agents may try and 'sell' you that they have 3 times more buyers (they don't) but she really knows the buyers on her list. From the moment we signed with her she made great suggestions as to what we needed to do to showcase our property and helped us organise it all. All through the open inspections she keep us informed of everyone who was interested and also sent us a full report of everyone who came through. When we had offers cone in she successfully negotiated the best price and then supported us right through to settlement. Karen made the whole process so easy we were able to take an overseas holiday while we were selling! We would recommend Karen to anyone who is thinking about selling. Great Agent
