We tried to talk Glenn out of using the traditional sale board at the front of our house and funnily enough this is where our buyer come from, so sometimes you just have to trust the agent is all over his area. They got a sweet price for our area and jumped on it quickly.

I set Glenn a challenge we needed a sale to purchase another property that was under auction conditions but I wasn't in a situation to go to an auction. Glenn advised what to do and with a good photographer and a good marketing strategy he managed to secure 2 cash offers on the first weekend. One after 40 minutes. Excellent work.
