Rowena and her team have been fantastic. In an industry full of agents that’ll make big promises to buy your business, Rowena was honest from the beginning. Her communication was fantastic as was her knowledge of the local market and strategic advice. I will be recommending Rowena and her team to friends that own property in the area and will enlist her service next time I require an agent. I have been very impressed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rowena and her team in my recent property purchase. After meeting her at the first open home of a prospective property she immediately asked me what specifically I was looking for in a property. After understanding my needs she was able to further show me 4-5 properties that not only fit my budget, but also show me examples of other properties structured the same way. For example my goal was to buy a property to then add a second dwelling at the rear. So not only did she show homes for sale, she also took me through older properties who have done the same so I could see examples of what they did which was a great help. She also personally introduced me to Prefered granny flat builders which was nice. I’d happily recommend her as an agent to work with.

We recently worked with Rowena and Yuni to sell our parents’ house, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was excellent—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
