Excellent Experience
I first met Rebecca, albeit briefly, when she was selling my neighbour's home. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and genuine desire to get the best result for her client/s. I contacted Rebecca to engage her services to sell our family home. Being a first time seller I had a preconceived idea the process would be complicated and stressful. Rebecca quickly put my mind at ease, explaining the process in detail but making it easy for me to understand. She was always there when I had questions or concerns. What can I say about Ryan? Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, super-helpful, genuine and sincere; are just a few adjectives that come to mind when describing Ryan. Ryan was always available when needed and kept me informed with the whole process. As well as making the selling of my house very easy and stress free he also got such a great price for it, way above my expectations. . Absolutely amazing!
This is the second property we have sold with Rowena. We loved her so much after selling the first property that we didn’t consider engaging anyone else for the second property. Local Knowledge is the Key to Success!
We only have good things to say about Brad and Team Johnston. Brad and his team all communicate well and respond to phone calls and emails on the day. Brad has excellent local knowledge of the area, current sales, plus "true" flooding patterns, and most importantly, what buyers want. His advice was always positive, with clear direction on what to do, and we acted, and set 4 open house viewings to go to Auction. We, working together, got a result at Auction! A great team.
I have been dealing with Brad since about 2001 for my Real Estate transactions in the Beenleigh, Logan area, and he was really good back in 2001. With Brad leading the great team he has now, I think they are fantastic. With my recent property sale, Brad gave me very specific advice on how to prepare it for sale, and kept me apprised of all recent and current sales in the area. With his team Renee and Jack assisting property was sold within 8 days of listing, and Renee was absolutely wonderful with communicating after the sale to get it all settled with minimum fuss. Brad, Renee and Jack are all very easy to deal with, will give you no BS or misleading information and will work diligently for you for the best outcome for everyone. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
