His advice comes from living locally for a long time. There is a non-negotiable marketing campaign, as a back up, but with acreage he is likely to have a buyer that is a match for your property in mind. We were never left wondering what was going on, the team kept us informed of every stage of the process. Is Brad just another real estate agent? Well, NO, Yep he is sure of himself, but he knows this area so well, he has a great team, and knows how to get the job done. Our Property sold and very importantly settled very quickly.
