You immediately feel confident and relaxed that you are being looked after by someone who cares about people and in turn she gains your trust. You feel she is approachable and you are not to shy to ask her questions no matter how trivial they seem to be. While the building and pest were checking out the house we engaged in conversation and had some good stories and enjoyed some good laughs. The afternoon was informative and entertaining and it was a pleasure to have been able to spend time with our sales agent who is a pleasure to talk and laugh with.
