Highly professional and proficient experience selling property with Rowena Gill as our sales agent.
Rowena Gill did a great job for us as our sales agent. From the beginning Rowena project managed the sale for us making the process as smooth as possible and giving us confidence. Rowena was prompt and proactive in answering queries and responding to any issues that arose. Although there were some challenges along the way, Rowena handled them professionally and proficiently helping us to get to an outcome which we were very happy with. We appreciate Rowena's great work, expertise in sales/ real estate and would highly recommend her as a sales agent.

Rowena’s a star
I’m so happy I found Rowena to sell my house. Being from out of town I had no idea about the local agents and after receiving a fridge magnet, I then read her reviews…wow. I called her up and she scheduled a meeting the next day. From the moment I met her I knew she was the sales agent for me as she had a positive vibe and I just liked her. Her enthusiasm and experience shows and she also lives locally so she understood the Kingston market, which I thought was a great plus. She then came up with a plan and then kept me informed of all the steps to come. After one viewing she secured many offers which quickly lead to a sale. My experience with Rowena has been exceptional. I recommend her to everyone and wish her all the success and happiness in the future.

Great agent to deal with
Alex was straight forward and down to earth in his approach after I showed interest in purchasing the property. From the open home onward he spent as long as was needed to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy and understanding throughout. His knowledge was valuable and he made the sale as smooth as could be even with a few hiccups along the way. He has a genuine interest in getting what's best for both the seller and buyer.
