It was a pleasure to deal with Alex in our recent house sale. Alex outlined all of the processes in detail, if we had to make a change Alex was always available to chat with and help through the change. His years of experience in the local market enables him to price point a property accurately and fairly. Our property sold after the first open house with a variety of offers to consider. Alex exceeded our expectations in relation to price received which I guess is the key outcome we all strive for. I would have no hesitation in using Alex to sell other properties in the future, he has a can-do attitude and always there with a smile and a reassuring word in what can be a stressful time. Thankyou Alex, you will always be our first call when we are thinking about changing properties.

Rowena The service was secured by the knowledge that I got the right person to sell my house not only that but the feedback I was hearing from others was very encouraging, considering she is the top agent in my area . Every time I had a question she would ensure me that she would look into and get back to me very promptly. I have no hesitation in writing and recommending that if you are tired of an agent who gives you the run around look ROWENA up from Harcourts.
