This is the second property Alex has sold for us with great success. Alex bought enthusiasm as well as a wealth of knowledge to add when as we were preparing the property for sale & then presented the property on line with terrific photography. Alex's knowledge of the area as well as his guidance in pricing & great communication during the sale of the property was first class - we would highly recommend Alex.

We selected Alex as our agent because of his experience in our suburb , his professional approach, and his past sales record. He did not disappoint. Our property went under offer in less than a week.

We bought our home from Alex. He is the ultimate professional; polite, friendly, organised and informative. Alex provided useful information on the area to help us settle-in. Even pointing out the local fish and chip shop! We highly recommend him, if you’re looking for an easy-to-deal-with Agent.

Alex went above and beyond in obtaining a sale of my Elderly Aunt’s manufactured home. His professional and friendly service was a God sent during this stressful and difficult transition for my Aunt from her own home into high level dementia care. I cannot thank you enough Alex.

We were thrilled with the outcome and sale of our Kingston investment property, which was a result of Rowena’s hard work, professionalism and enthusiasm. She clearly loves her job and worked very hard to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible for us and also for our tenants. Thank you so much Rowena for expertly managing the sale of our property and achieving such a great result for us. You are a legend!!

As a real estate agent myself I know how important being persistent is. Rowena, even though we had a couple of false starts, always had a backup plan. She got the price I wanted and always kept in touch … very happy!

Being a interstate purchase Alex was the only estate agent to return a call. After talking with Alex he went above and beyond to find my family a property. Along the way Alex also helped with conveying and build reports. I can’t thank him enough for all of his work. Alex certainly went above and beyond.

This was my second time working with Alex and he was again fantastic to deal with. Alex puts together a clear plan of action and target outcome, and efficiently goes ahead and not only achieves this - but exceeds all expectations. For a process which has the potential to be stressful, I had complete peace of mind from start to finish as every single aspect of the sale flowed seamlessly. Cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough. Thank you, Shane

Hello prospective buyer/seller, After 20years we recently embarked on the journey to find a new home closer to our son and his family. After finding one we took the plunge to sell our Edens Landing home. My darling wife checked the reputation and results of Agents selling in Edens Landing and this is how we came to have Alex Stassen as our Agent and we could not be happier. From the start Alex explained to us the processes he used and why. Alex's suggestions made sense and required little except to listen and apply his direction to help, not just in selling, but in achieving the best possible outcome and price. We followed his advice in presenting our home in the best possible light and the results were astounding. We had one and only one Open Home, because that is all that was required, to achieve a magnificent result. When we left our home to Alex and his delightful assistant that morning there was already an entire street full of cars from end to end and Alex already had offers before the Open Home started. We had wonderful results that morning with multiple solid offers WOW what a result, we were blown away, ecstatic, over the moon. Alex achieved that which he said, above and beyond our expectations. He does not disappoint, he is transparent and honest he helps you achieve the best possible outcome. I do not ordinarily recommend people or organisations as such but in this case I do recommend Alex Stassen because he helped us turn our dream into a reality. Paul & Vicky
