Rowena, was very prompt and enthusiastic to obtain the highest possible price..The buyers did throw a number of curve balls for which Rowena managed to get the sale back on track.. I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to sell your property

We are so pleased and privileged to have been able to put our house on the market with an agent who has outstanding knowledge about the market and area. We first discovered Rowena after seeing her on pretty much on every house for sale in Kingston with those lovely SOLD stickers plastered on the board. THAT is how you know she is a great agent. She is honest and reliable. She keeps you up to date with everything about your property and I value her opinion highly. We had multiple offers on our property within weeks. She exceeded our expectations on the sale price too! If you are seeking out an agent to sell your property, THIS IS YOUR SIGN to use Rowena Gill!
