Keryn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communicator, always reliable with meetings and phone calls. If Keryn said she would do something it happened. Very professional with a lot of local knowledge. The support she provided us throughout the process, we couldn't have asked for more. We would be more than happy to work with Keryn again and would highly recommend her services.

To say that other agents need to take a leaf out of her book, is an understatement. Rowena has rewritten the book. Over 30 years I have purchased and sold numerous properties and have never had such an attentive and approachable agent. Every step has been like a walk in the park, from the appraisal to the photos, the open house and the ultimate sale. Big thumbs up to Team Gill.

Finally after 2 previous sales agent we found Rowena! All I can say is I wish we found her sooner. Rowena does what she says and says what she does not like the previous ones. How is she different? Well, first of all she knows the area, lives and breathes it. Her authenticity and her work ethic are her driving force. A master in her field she sold our property within the timeframe we required and for the right price. Don’t waste your time and money with other sales agents who don’t even live in the area, get it done right the first time with Rowena.

We have worked with other agents, all we got was a lot of hype and no results! UNTIL we met Rowena, she was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and had a nonsense approach! We trusted Rowena and she got us the results! Highly recommend Rowena as an agent! You will not be disappointed, however if you don’t engage Rowena you will wish you had!

Rowena helped me find a suitable investment property, she was a great help in a very busy market. Couldn’t have asked for better service when buying a home. As a first homebuyer she made the experience very pleasant

Dealing with Rowena was an absolute pleasure. Her passionate and professionalism is second to none and definitely a people person. Wouldn’t doubt she’s the number one agent in QLD.

Rowena sold my investment property for my dream price prior to even launching to market. Rowena was always honest, straight to the point and was in regular contact with updates through the campaign. If you are time poor and are looking for an agent with no BS who will take control and achieve a great outcome, Rowena is the agent for you! I could not be happier with the result and highly recommend Rowena Gill to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Logan area. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Rowena as an agent made the process of purchasing a smooth process, Rowena is very prompt at returning emails and phone messages. It is nice to deal with a professional person who will go that extra mile to make sure all clients are satisfied. I would recommend Rowena to cater for all real estate transactions.
