Alex sold my house in less than a week, and for the top of our expected price range. He went over and above to find the right buyer. Alex was very easy to get in contact with. He was always enthusiastic and highly motivated to get the job done. He knows his area well, and pays attention to all the small details. I highly recommend selling with Alex.

Rowena is really knowledgeable about the Logan area and the types of properties in the area. She was amazing with her speedy replies, fabulous communication, humour, helpfulness and diligence. I was very happy to sell the property within a reasonable time with Rowena's help. Rowena had a solution for all my problems or could find someone to solve the issue.

Best way I can describe Rowena is honest, upfront and professional through and through. From the first time I spoke to Rowena and listed my property she listened to what I wanted to achieve, guided me in the right direction and communicated clearly and quickly. I have dealt with many agents and I can truely say that my experience with Rowena stands head and shoulders above the rest. Rowena's market knowledge was such an advantage especially with covid turning things on its head. If your looking for a number 1 agent then talk with Rowena. I can highly recommend her and the team at Harcourts for all your realestate needs.

Alex Stassen as my chosen Realestate Agent displayed the highest integrity and motivation in acheiving a satisfactory sale and ensuring at all time I was totally informed. The sale was sucessfully negotiated prior to an open for inspection. This process as the vendor gave clarity for my future. I thank Alex for his outstanding communications and professional advice.
