Ian Marshall went far and beyond to achieve a very quick sale of my property in what would could only be considered as very difficult circumstances. I made a phone call to Ian after the breakdown of my long term marriage and said to him I need to sell my property ASAP. After having dealt with Ian's business a few years earlier and knowing what a professional job they do, I had no hesitation in giving Ian sole agency rights. To his credit Ian handled the communication between my Ex and myself with absolute integrity and compassion. He put in place a marketing profile and the photos that were taken of my property could only be described as stunning. The house was only on the market for 6 days and we had 2 great offers on table. After deliberation between Ian and myself he managed to get my preferred buyer offer up to where I was ready to sign off on the deal. This exercise took only 6 days and I had a signed contract on the table. This was not a fire sale as he achieved a new benchmark highest price in my immediate area.
