Above and Beyond
Ian was very helpful during the whole process. It can be quite difficult to put a house on the market while holding a job and running a household. Ian supported us everywhere he could and even pointed out pitfalls and helpful options that don't fall under the role of a real estate agent.

Great to deal with
Ian had been searching for us for a number of months and found our ideal property in a fantastic location and negotiated well for us. He is very attentive and always responds to queries, even when sat at a family lunch on a Sunday (sorry again Ian!). We would certainly recommend Ian and will be using him again in 2018 for the sale of another property.
