Highly Recommend
Over the last 17 years I have had a lot of dealings with real estate agents (both here and overseas) plus I have worked in real estate agency's (again both here and overseas) and to be entirely honest it has never been a great experience. However Ian was different. There were no games. There was no manipulations or tricks. We appreciated his straight forward honest approach which we value highly and which is why I would happily recommend Ian to family and friends.

The best! Honest. Reliable.
Ian sold my house in 5 days and we got a record price for the street. He is honest, knowledgeable and worked very hard with the buyers to get me a great price. Respectful, professional, approachable and compassionate.
June was always respectful, thoughtful and guided us through the journey of selling of home. June always had a smile on her face during our many open homes and we had a sad personal issue during the selling period resulting in June's compassion going beyond a working relationship. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly
Ian did a great job in assisting us with the negotiation and purchase of a property. Ian had the right skill sets to understand both the buyers and sellers positions and was able to fairly assist both parties in arriving at an amicable position.
