As we looked for a parking spot amongst the real estate agents in Cambridge Parade, Manly we spotted Harcourts. Scott met my nephew and I at the front door. After the introductions we told my story. The process started and soon Scott was at the property to inspect. We were impressed with Scott’s approach to his real estate world. Questions were readily answered so we decided that Scott was the agent for the job of selling the property at auction. Subsequent meetings had us asking many questions which were comprehensively and honestly answered. Open days attracted many lookers and potential buyers. Scott proved to be a positive researcher and presenter of the property which was in a good residential position in The Terraces, Manly. The auction was professionally conducted and a good result was achieved. Well done Scott.
