At the interview we found Mitch to be well presented, confident and enthusiastic about the prospects for sale of our property. Mitch was very helpful and accommodating when working out the most suitable marketing campaign for our circumstances. After having selected him as our agent, Mitch diligently carried out open house for us every weekend and followed up with additional private inspections where requested by potential buyers. We were kept well informed on the progress with interested parties after each open by text, email and phone depending on circumstances. From the first meeting with Lea when she visited us in our home at Para Place, she gave this air of assurance as to how she would and could place our house for sale on a very buoyant market. Her approach was real and quite different to other Real Estate sales people that we had conversed with, Lea's presentation was so honest and vibrant, that we decided to proceed with what had been shown and spoken to us by her. We gave her the go ahead on the Monday, on Tuesday, she organized the photographer, on Wednesday, she had an open house and to our surprise had the brochures including photo's available for the open house. Lea called me on the Thursday and said that she had had some offers pending and made arrangements to come and see my wife and myself on Friday, mid morning. Well, to our utter amazement, sitting at the dining table, she presented us with Three written offers, We did except one of course and counter signed it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Talei as a agent in regards to acting on my behalf. Acting on behalf of the vendor , I purchased a property from Talei in Oct 2017 , found Talei to be extremely helpful , very professional in her work ethic,and went out of her way to answer any of my concerns. In the day if the viewing Talei ran out of expression of interest documentation , she took the intiative, later on to drive 30 kms after hours to hand deliver the documents to me ( Great for the vendor ) however shows her commitment to her profession.
