It has been a pleasure dealing with Mitch in the recent purchase of a property. He handled the negotiations in a very timely and professional manner. Unfortunately I had planned a trip overseas prior to purchasing the property, and Mitch was willing to oversee the Pest and Build inspections on my behalf. He then communicated with me (overseas) and the owners, regarding some maintenance issues highlighted in the reports. A satisfactory outcome was achieved thanks to Mitch's communications.
