Mitch has made selling our place in Robina very, very easy! Before I engaged Mitch to facilitate the sale I met with him and was impressed. He had an easy rapport, he spoke knowledgably about the market and probed for my expectations. After we had engaged him he was exceptionally efficient at getting things like access to the apartment, photography and getting the property listed on the internet. He was always courteous, always prompt in returning phone calls and emails and did what he said he would do. He kept us informed, provided good advice and negotiated the sale with no dramas . He made the process seamless for us and I would highly commend him to others for his approachability, his organisational skills and his drive to get a result.

Selling made easy with Mitch
Having lived happily in the same house for 9 years, selling was the last thing on our minds - but with the market booming and the kids at uni, we had to ask ourselves....why not?? Mitch came over to spotlight the value of our property and how the process would work. He wasn't talking at us, but with us, sharing our excitement and calming our trepidations of taking the next step. In fact he has been along every step of the way. Trusting his knowledge and expeience has been easy. You Can Count on Mitch
It has been a pleasure dealing with Mitch in the recent purchase of a property. He handled the negotiations in a very timely and professional manner. Unfortunately I had planned a trip overseas prior to purchasing the property, and Mitch was willing to oversee the Pest and Build inspections on my behalf. He then communicated with me (overseas) and the owners, regarding some maintenance issues highlighted in the reports. A satisfactory outcome was achieved thanks to Mitch's communications. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitch to any one thinking of buying a property. I'm sure he would be equally as professional and a joy to work with if one was selling a property also.

From the first day we met Lea, we knew that we had found the perfect agent to sell our property. Lea told us not to worry about a thing, as that was her job, and she would handle everything. Parklake apartment sale

Professional Approach
