We met Mitch at his office when we were looking for an agent to sell our townhouse. Mitch impressed us with his enthusiasm and energy and we decided to choose him over another agent who we had been to earlier that day. Mitch negotiated with us an incentive-based commission which we could see would be in our best interests.
Mitch worked hard to get the best price for us and was obviously disappointed when a buyer who had offered a very favourable price pulled out. He then managed to find a second buyer and made best efforts to get their offer as high as possible for us. We always felt that Mitch was working for us rather than just trying to get a quick sale.
We were impressed with his follow-up and support during the sale process, and for making a great recommendation regarding some handyman work we needed. Not having sold a property in Queensland before it was difficult to understand the different process from selling property in NSW and Mitch provided the help we needed.
