At a time of high stress with the loss of an elderly Aunt and placing a second Aunt in nursing care, Perry was a breath of fresh air. Highly professional yet so helpful and friendly, Perry displayed excellent knowledge , experience and accurate advice, yet at no time was he ever pushy. Perry allowed us to make our own informed decisions in our own comfortable time. The Aunts' villa unit was so well marketed that we had 3 inquiries on the first morning and 2 contract offers in less than a week. Perry negotiated offers where we obtained a solid cash contract at a higher price than expected. Perry went the extra mile and kept us well informed throughout the process.
