Not to bad
Ellen was lovely and friendly, and passionate about the house. She was co-operative however Felt a little bit rushed during the sale. Her knowledge of the plAce was ok but a few things Was missed overall she was pleasant.

My biggest regret is listing and selling with this agent.
Personally, i would not recommend this agent to anyone. I was not happy and felt this is one of my biggest mistakes in recent years to sell with this man. I tried to get out of it but feel I got caught. I hate that feeling of being conned and that is how I felt after doing business with this man. My mistake and I have a lot of regret. Too many issues to name here to do with this sale - but one of them was he would not put up a current front picture of the property (on the internet) and would not list it for what I asked him too and I had even written him a letter requesting him to do this. He had not consulted me on the price and (to me) it seemed like he was pushing for a fire sale and quick commission for himself. In the mean time another real estate agent sold a similar property for another 10,000 more. damn.
