Prompt attention very good on details
A pleasure to be shown around the properties that Brent had for us to review ,he was there to answer any of our enquiries.We came from interstate and our knowledge of the area was not good. He was there on time for all our inspections and was knowledgeable in the areas we were concerned about. Thanks once again for the service he provided and I will be sure to recommend him to my friends and anyone who needs to have reliable attention. The property we selected was excellent and we are looking forward to enjoying it. It was all that we could expect from a very competent real estate agent.

Could Not Have Done It Without Brent
It is always a difficult and often stressful exercise to buy a dream home. Brent had made the process an easy breeze for us. Brent had always demonstrated professionalisms and motivations to helped us find the right home. After studying thoroughly what our preferences were through long discussions, he had showed that he went out of his way to help us find what we wanted. Brent was also always accessible. Through the long months of hunting for a home, he had always gone out of his way to accomodate our time for the numerous inspections at multiple properties, and had always been there whenever we have some sudden, even insignificant questions. We also never felt that Brent had ever been "pushy". He was always patient and took the time to analyse every pros and cons of every properties he took us to, how each individual property fits our preferences but more importantly, he never shys from highlighting how it may not fit what we want. He offered professional and valuable guidances, and left the ultimate decision to us. At the end, with Brent we know we did not make a hasty decision, and are completely satisfied buyers. It did not end at contract. Brent also made himself avaliable post unconditional contracting. He is still providing us with every assistances and continuous updates as we are awaiting settlement, beyond what he really needs to. He had made this usually stressful process very easy for us. It is unquestionable that Brent will be our go-to person for our the next property purchase, and we are very confident that he is the person to be guiding us again in our next investment.

Nothing to much to ask
We enquired about one of Brent’s properties on the market but when we explained what we were looking for Brent showed us the perfect home for us. There has been a few ups and downs with the purchase (nothing to do with Brent) and he has helped us through all of these with nothing being too much trouble. Thanks Kim & Jody
