In a challenging market, Talei managed to get us a sale within our time lines that has enabled us to move to the next stage of life. Although we didn’t quite get the price we hoped for, in a changing and softening market, Talei did all she could to secure a financially manageable outcome for us. A simple, stress free purchase
We’re one week into our new home and loving it! When we walked in on the open home day we knew it was our home, but there was competition. Talei was very honest and realistic about vendors’ price expectations and very prompt in communication. We had bought a house before that was very stressful and fraught with problems, but this experience was so different.. straightforward, stress free. When we moved in she kindly left us a gift card which was a lovely gesture.

An agent that will take the lead and deliver
From the first meeting with Talei, she took charge. She walked herself around my house, with genuine interest and curiosity about the layout and history. I will not forget this first impression - she showed me she was not just after a sale, she had a genuine passion for and interest in the house, and could instantly identify the character in the space, in the same manner that we did. Talei did not need to exceed my expectations - from the very first meeting, she made me confident that she held high expectations of herself, and from that point on, her conduct made it clear that I did not need to question her abilities. The main point for me was that she was our sole point of contact and this meant she was involved in, and familiar with every stage of the process, every question, every negotiation point. Even post-sale. I would highly recommend Talei - she delivered on everything she said she would, she was honest, did not exaggerate when predicting outcomes for the sale, and acted in my best interests while also acting ethically for both parties (which was important for us).

Lovely man
Buying a home from Karl was a great experience, after viewing one of his listings he kept me in the loop as to any new houses that came on the market and ultimately I bought through Karl because of this constant communication. He was accomodating and always polite during the negotiation process and I highly recommend Karl as an agent he is straight forward and very experienced on the Gold Coast.
