From the first meeting with Talei, she took charge. She walked herself around my house, with genuine interest and curiosity about the layout and history. I will not forget this first impression - she showed me she was not just after a sale, she had a genuine passion for and interest in the house, and could instantly identify the character in the space, in the same manner that we did. Talei did not need to exceed my expectations - from the very first meeting, she made me confident that she held high expectations of herself, and from that point on, her conduct made it clear that I did not need to question her abilities. The main point for me was that she was our sole point of contact and this meant she was involved in, and familiar with every stage of the process, every question, every negotiation point. Even post-sale. I would highly recommend Talei - she delivered on everything she said she would, she was honest, did not exaggerate when predicting outcomes for the sale, and acted in my best interests while also acting ethically for both parties (which was important for us).
