Top dollar, thank you so much
My town house sold for more than I hoped for and a contract was signed in 8 days. Was it a good market, or did my agent weave her magic? I can't say enough - buying and selling is normally so stressful but not with Stana. She was confident, knowledgable and prepared from the first minute I met her. Her sales in my complex (not just my own town house) were quick and seamless, and all have been getting top dollar. Her data base must be huge. She is thorough, friendly yet still so professional. She followed up when she said she would. She delivered on what she promised. This is a true testament and Stana has my permission for anyone to contact me if they want validity.

Lea is a star agent!
I first met Lea almost a year ago when attending an open house at a time my wife and I were looking to down-size. I quickly identified Lea as a very personable, intelligent and efficient agent and my wife and I decided to retain her to sell our existing home. For sad personal reasons we had to postpone that journey but Lea was most understanding and quickly offered support to help us get through our difficulties. They are now behind me and so when I decided to again look at down-sizing I immediately contacted Lea to sell my home which she achieved in a matter of days to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend too highly this this thoroughly professional agent.

A better agent would be hard to find!
Lea was an excellent communicator. As interstate sellers, we had to rely on Lea to organise everything and the whole process was so smooth and easy, from our perspective. Her support, guidance, knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm were invaluable. We secured a sale in a very short space of time. We would highly recommend Lea!

Karl Grossman LJ Hooker Gold Coast
My Father passed away in January 2018. Our neighbour had his house for sale and I spoke to his agent about the sale of Dads house. As I had seen on various selling house TV shows and reading up on the best bang for your buck things to do, we decided to repaint the interior, get the tiled roof cleaned and painted and a general clean up. The agent gave my an estimated sale price, which I felt was a bit low. I contacted Karl and he came and had a look at the property. I was impressed with Karls calm attitude and his positive indications that the property was worth more than I was told. It was a somewhat unique property with a big shed and other storage areas. Karl saw the potential and knew it would be attractive to a certain buyer. He contacted me and said he had a buyer interested and had but an offer on the property. That offer was close to what Karl had estimated, and was approx $50K over the other agents estimate. Karl was spot on with his original estimate. The sale went through without any stress or problems. Outstanding Agent
Dragan Couple of weeks ago we received a flyer in the mail from LJ Hooker shouting the news on the sale of my property at 37/4 University Drive, Robina. I must say that without doubt the congratulation goes to Stana Hodge!! From the moment Stana first came to inspect our property she showed nothing but professionalism. Due to her no nonsense and ethical approach on that day I had no doubt that my property should be placed in her hands. She never tried to sell herself above other agents in the area and for once it was a godsend to hear someone focus on why they would be able to sell my property based on their own strengths. The final sale price combined with what I consider to be record time was incredible considering all indications point to a time where we are in a buyer not a seller’s market. My sale was certainly seller based. There are many multiples that I could write about in this letter in regards to the care in selling my property.
