Karl sold our property in just days for more than what we felt comfortable taking, under terms that suited us. What more can I say? I would recommend him and if we ever had to move would most certainly use his expertise again.

It has been a pleasure to have Ellen working for us, we can say that she is one of a Kind. We have bought and sold several properties over the years and dealt with many agents but have found Ellen to be one of the most honest, kindest and well manered person to deal with. The only fault we could find with her is she will take 10 minutes saying THankyou!! a dozen times Ha!! Ha!! We have no hesitation in recommending her to our friends.

Lea Pettett from L J Hooker Robina/Varsity has recently sold our townhouse for a very good price. We thank her and her most able assistant Virginia for all that they have done for us. Lea's knowledge of the local real estate market, her guidance, positive approach and friendly disposition have made her a pleasure to deal with and we are so very appreciative of her efforts on our behalf. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone selling or buying real estate in this area.

My dealings with Mitch Harrop were great. Communication is a great strength of Mitch's and his knowledge of the market is exceptional. Because I was based interstate and unable to be directly on hand for the process of selling my property Mitch made every step as easy as possible. His easy going yet professional manner reassured me that I was working with a reliable, dependable agent who knew his stuff. Thanks Mitch, job well done!

Mitch was always very helpful and obliging. He was either able to answer our questions or he would promptly get back to us. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Good Luck in the future Mitch. 👍
