Mario and the extended Harcourts team were really great to deal with. I felt that they were honest with their appraisal and confident with their ability to market and sell the property to get the best possible outcome. We resolved all the items that Mario called out to give the property the greatest chance to attract the right buyer which we are sure had the desired impact. The auction day went great, and we were very surprised by the number of Harcourts representatives that attended to ensure that the auction went as smooth as possible for us as well as the buyers. The teaming approach was something that was called out as a benefit by Mario and we did see that in action at the auction were the result exceeded our expectation. I would recommend Mario and Harcourts in general to anyone that is looking at any property dealings.

Mario was very professional and not your typical sales man. He was all about getting the right price for us. His weekly reports during the 4 week campaign were a great insight, to what the market was doing and know where we where sitting. This was the 1st time we had sold a property through hard courts and found Mario to be super professional

I found Mario to be very knowledgeable about real estate in the Lalor area. He provided a number of suggestions that assisted with the sale of the property and maximising the sale price
