We knew Mary from buying a home a few years ago with a different agency. She was and still is a well rounded, strong leader. That attracted us for her to sell the home we bought from her old agency. Now with her new agency she has a team (Julian is awesome) that supports and promotes her leadership skills. Always remember this, nothing is perfect in selling a home. Many variables are not considered when selling a home. Utimately you have to put your faith in the agent you hired to get you the price that is right for the market. Not what you think its worth. Mary is that agent to help, guide and motivate you, when stress is underestimated when selling a home. Hiring a agent you must intrust in them at auction time, for the reasons you hired them in the begining.
