Michael first pitched to me a year before listing. My plans were put on hold due to the pandemic in 2020 & I told him I would be in contact when I was ready to list. We've been working with Michael for many years now and have utilised his services on multiple occasions. He has at all times provided us with genuine and honest advice and opinions and has always achieved what he said he would (and in most cases he exceeds this). His tenacity in achieving great results was clearly evident with our last sale when due to extenuating circumstances he couldn't open the property for inspection at the advertised time, so Michael to his credit organised for potential purchasers to view to the property via a private inspection on a public holiday.
