Honest, kind and helpful
Initially meeting with Mario, we were greeted with kindness. He showed us around and gave an in site of the house, and after listened to out current situation to help us make a decision. Even after when I was in communication with him, he was able to talk with the client and help both of us come to terms to make a nice and easy decision. I highly recommend Mario for future endeavours for locating your property!

Professional agent who would I highly recommend
I had been trying to purchase a home for most of the year, so have been through a lot of properties and dealt with a lot of different agents. Michaels market knowledge, communication, and honest feedback were head and shoulders above others. He works towards great outcomes for bother vendor and buyer. Best... HANDS DOWN!
I have known and used Michael Cananzi for over 6 years now. I have both purchased and sold properties with him and can say whole heartedly that he is the best in the business! His knowledge of the area, the market and the current covid climate is second to none. During the entire process from start to SOLD, he kept me updated and informed.
