Michael has presented himself very professionally at all times before,during and throughout the campaign leading to the auction He always told us an honest opinion regarding our property and not exaggerating the real price of the property. By this it made it easier for us to agree on the day of auction to the sale price. Throughout the campaign he always kept in touch and filled us in with how things are going. He is always easy to get in touch with and if he is not available at that moment he would always call back within only an hour or so of leaving a message and that is great as many professionals do not return calls.
