Pleasure to work with, and always keep us informed with updates etc. Good sense of humour which makes things easier when selling your house. Would recommend him to any further clients interested in selling or buying a property.

Going into the selling process we were nervous and concerned about what the market would deliver. As this was a sale of an investment property we had only built 5 years ago. Daniel and the staff did a great job marketing and presenting the property. In the end, we were very happy with the outcome Harcourts delivered. We had a price in mind prior to the auction, and Harcourts delivered over and above our expectations. Thank you.

This is the second property Michael Cananzi and the Harcourts Thomastown office team have sold for our family. They exceeded our expectation on the first occasion and didn't disappoint us with the sale result of no.1 Nebel Street Lalor Victoria. The campaign went smoothly without any hitch.
