Both Ilia and Lou have been very helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. They were always happy to assist us and answered any questions we had. Ilia even helped us contact the vendors after the settlement day when we had questions about the property. Thanks for great service Ilia and Lou!

Mario took over the listing from another agent. Despite a lot of the enquiry being burned he still got a satisfactory result

If there was a higher ranking than a no. 1 agent I would give that ranking to Ilija Menkinoski. He is very professional, serious and trustworthy. Everything that is expected in an agent is found in Ilija. I am very proud with myself that I choose Ilija to be my agent, thanks to Ilija.

We just recently sold my Mother in Laws property in Casey Drive Lalor. We engaged Harcourts with Ilia his wife and team looking after our needs. From our first meeting with Ilia we found him to be dynamic, honest and VERY professional. He gave us a very realistic quote on expectations for the upcoming Auction, and he was pretty well spot on. His lovely wife welcomed prospective buyers on the day, she is a very lovely person. Ilia and his team did a marvelous job, the Auction went like clockwork with very satisfying results. Thank you to all concerned, Regards Marion Rourke and family.

We wanted the best price for our house and were looking for an agent with strong local knowledge, substantial experience in the industry and a proven track record of impressive sales. Ilia ticked all these boxes and led us through the sales process in the lead up to the auction with honesty and integrity and a clear passion for real estate. We were informed every step of the way with clear communication. We also appreciate the efforts and recommendations of Ilia's wonderful wife Lou that contributed to a smooth and highly succesful auction day. We will continue to use and recommend Ilia for any future property sales. Wish you every success Ilia & God bless.
