We have been through a Real Estate experience with Alex Doucas now for the third time. We have sold an investment property through Alex on the strength of the service we received when Alex Sold it to us. What stood out for us was the calm nature and valuable information that we received when making our decisions. This nature rubbed off on us and what is normally quite an emotional decision was made to be a more informed calculated one. This has made our real estate experiences successful too. While we thought the agent performed well during the sale, the condition the property was left in is nothing short of disgraceful. If we were agents, inspecting after a tenant had moved out, there is no chance in hell that they would get their bond back. While we realise this is more the responsibility of the previous owners, it has soured our overall experience and that reflects back on everyone involved, including the agent.
