Ilia Menkinoski knows what he's doing! He communicated with us at exactly the right times during the open house times and auction and provided exactly the right information that we needed at that time. He was quickly responsive to all our questions, was super professional, yet friendly too. We put all our trust in him to sell my parents investment home and we are so glad we did, achieving an amazing result far beyond our expectations. My parents are fully satisfied with the outcome as they have invested their time and money on the home for almost 11 years and, with the amazing help from Ilia and his team, have resulted with a price that made it all worth while! Definitely recommend him and his team as they have helped us so much in achieving our goal.

We recently engaged Ilia to sell my parents home which has been for sale for a while and marketed with 4 different agents. Ilia and his team did what the others couldn't - not only sell the house but achieve the highest price above everyone else. His communication and negotiation skills are outstanding and the experience made our whole family feel comfortable being in his hands. If you are looking for the best agent in the area, this man and his team are it!

With full confidence can I say that Ilia has been a top agent, and is more than a cut above the rest. He was genuine from the get go, accurate with information and didn't waste my time. He managed to secure a property for me before auction and got a fair outcome for both the purchaser and vendor. He was consistently honest in communication and legitimately worked hard for the outcome. I would highly recommend him for future vendors, and recommend serious purchasers to work closely with Ilia. You don't come across many genuine people in real estate, so when you do, it's great, and makes this whole process easy and enjoyable.

While we thought the agent performed well during the sale, the condition the property was left in is nothing short of disgraceful. If we were agents, inspecting after a tenant had moved out, there is no chance in hell that they would get their bond back. While we realise this is more the responsibility of the previous owners, it has soured our overall experience and that reflects back on everyone involved, including the agent.
