I used the services of Michael Cananzi to help sell my property at 46 Howell St, Lalor. He was recommended to me by colleagues who had all praised his virtues and his level of professionalism as a real estate agent. Once I engaged his services he was, as my colleagues had suggested to me both professional and diligent in his ability to service my expectations and to deliver exceptional results for my property. Michael particularly excelled with his negotiation skills to which he delivered a price which was around $50,000 higher than what I had anticipated which I am obviously especially pleased about! Unlike other real estate agents that have taken months and months to finely secure a deal, the sale of my property was negotiated and accepted all within the time frame of around a week to which I was extremely satisfied with.
