I first met Graeme when I was a tenant, in a rental, that Graeme was tasked to sell. Understandably a tricky scenario for tenants and agents. Graeme established instant rapport, he was respectful and caring, with a professional and appropriate attitude. He, in return had earnt ‘my’ respect! And, when it came time for me to purchase my own home, I went straight to Graeme. He proactively worked to find me properties that would fit my brief. I am very grateful that, with his help, I am now organising removalists to move into a home that he worked hard to help me find. I have found Graeme authentic, honest, respectful and earnest. Let me add, diligent and knowledgeable. I am not sure how long he has been working in the Rockingham area, but I think he knows every street and has helped thousands of people buy or sell or rent their properties. That is quite a feat! And, testament to his skills and passion! I have heard him say that he maybe has one or two days off a year! That is commitment. If I sound like a fan, I am, most definitely. With confidence, I can highly recommend him.
