David is very professional and accommodating to people’s needs when looking for a house. Most real estate agents wouldn’t help us look at houses as they already had home opens but as FIFO workers, most of these were while we were at work. David quite happily organised for us to look at the house we wanted while we were home on break and was especially helpful at helping us buy the house while we were on site.

David managed the purchase and sale of multiple properties for us in a short time frame. Dave was fantastic with the sale of my home, he kept me in the loop had viewings constantly and was helpful with minor adjustments to assist in the sale. He was professional and always on time. July this year I gave two other sales persons a chance to conduct an appraisal along with David, both came in 15-20% less as a sale price than David. As my family and I have used David to sell 4 properties in the past I was comfortable that the sale price he gave me was going to be close to what I would settle on and not just trying to win the sale. 6 weeks later a signed contract for the advertised price. David is truly an old school professional in how he goes about his business, and he does everything to make the process not stressful, you never have to worry about anything. David has always been our go to agent over the last 15 years regardless which company he was working for when we have sold our properties and will continue to be for our future sales.
