Unprofessional, making fun of my disabilities from military service and distracting my medical service dog after being told he was out of line thinking it’s funny was the basis of my rating. Also after being supplied receipts of work done on defects before settlement when the exact same problem exists so I have still a broken aircon and faulty power points. When I questioned him he said”I don’t give warranties on second hand homes” instead of giving the sellers details so I can get it sorted. This is my 5th house so condescending tones noted. Negative experience
