Ross Realty displayed solid services, there are areas for improvement
What was confusing in the whole process is dealing with large number of people - 8 or 9 in total. When dealing with this large number of people it is normal that sometimes a miscommunication happens. Most landlords would prefer a more personalised service. The word "property manager" is singular meaning 1 person dealing with all issues in regards to our property. We have been bombarded with emails from multiple people (8-9 in total) with all sorts of requests, and it has been frustrating at times. Some of the team members should be paying some more attention to landlords' opinions, without automatically dismissing them. Nevertheless, what is the most important is that the whole experience resulted in successful rental of the property. Also, I am thankful to the MOST of the team I was dealing with, they are professional and knowledgeable and I hope that this trend will continue in the future.
