I recently had a tenant break a lease, I must say I was disappointed as the tenants originally recommended by Ross Realty were awesome and had been there for quite a while. The property was advertised and new tenants were found very quickly. The process was seamless. I am very happy with the way tha staff at Ross Realty handled the process...very professional.

Ashlee Packard has been my property agent for a few years now. She is very good at her job and I am so relieved she manages it. Over the years I’ve had a few issues come up with particular tenants and she has always been amazing support to help figure out a resolution. She’s also very organised with maintenance issues, so I’ve really appreciated all the effort she puts into managing the property.

We recently leased our first investment property through Ross Realty and had a fantastic experience. Our property was leased very quickly, and we were extremely happy with the communication throughout the entire process. Being first-time investors, it was a relief to work with an agent who was attentive, easy to get hold of, and always willing to walk us through each step. The team made everything simple and stress-free, and we felt supported from start to finish. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Ross Realty to anyone looking to lease their property.
