We moved to Ross Realty as rental management agents for several properties on the closure of the company we were using and from the outset we have been impressed by the professional and friendly way they approach their responsibilities. We have used several agents over the last 30 plus years, and whilst there were good ones in this group, none match the positive and professional relationship we have with Ross Realty. Tegan, our managing representative, is readily available and acts promptly to resolve any issues. If messages have to be left return calls are promptly made. We have also found all other staff who deal with other facets of their operation to always be equally professional and approachable.
