Fantastic agent!
Paul and Tobie were both absolutely fantastic with selling my land. Paul always had many sales strategies to use if one did not work out well and was happy to listen to my suggestions. All my questions and phone calls were always returned within 30mins of contacting either Tobie or Paul. The communication was kept up through our whole process and not once let down. They were both honest through the whole process and informed me with lots of information and wanted the best for their client. Nothing ever seemed to hard. If you are after a friendly determined agent Paul is the one! Many thanks to the great team- without you guys I would not have had such success in selling my land.

Fantastic Choice of Agent
We had previously used team Matt and Amanda and were so impressed by our previous experience with them, that we went straight back to them when we decided to sell our current home. From the very beginning Matt was honest, open and gave us excellent feedback in relation to presenting our home for sale. Encouragement came from Matt and Amanda as we signed our agreement and negotiated fees; our involvement with photos, brochure preparation and other advertising material was valued and our suggestions used. Little touches such as the delivery of a lovely flower arrangement to wish us luck, made us feel very special. Our house sold after the first open inspection, following which Matt negotiated a higher sale price, much closer to our preferred outcome. Nothing has been too much trouble throughout this process, for Matt, Amanda and the other staff in the office. Matt's integrity and willingness to support the us as the vendor through the whole sale process from end to end has made this journey a pleasure and an easy, stress free experience - once again.

Great Agent
