Fantastic Choice of Agent
We had previously used team Matt and Amanda and were so impressed by our previous experience with them, that we went straight back to them when we decided to sell our current home. From the very beginning Matt was honest, open and gave us excellent feedback in relation to presenting our home for sale. Encouragement came from Matt and Amanda as we signed our agreement and negotiated fees; our involvement with photos, brochure preparation and other advertising material was valued and our suggestions used. Little touches such as the delivery of a lovely flower arrangement to wish us luck, made us feel very special. Our house sold after the first open inspection, following which Matt negotiated a higher sale price, much closer to our preferred outcome. Nothing has been too much trouble throughout this process, for Matt, Amanda and the other staff in the office. Matt's integrity and willingness to support the us as the vendor through the whole sale process from end to end has made this journey a pleasure and an easy, stress free experience - once again.

Great Agent
Paul and Tobie are such a great team. They posses a lot of knowledge in the industry and try extremely hard to make sure the right outcome is achieved. We received great communication throughout the selling process and found it easy to work around open inspections and general catch ups. professional team with good communication
Living over an hour away from our investment property Matt and his team were able to oversee any repairs or work required to get the property up to a saleable standard without us having to worry about anything. His teams strategy for getting a fast sale at the best price were excellent. Throughout the process the team communicated with us every week and kept us up to date with the progress of the inspections and recent sales in the area.
