I was please by the assistance given, nothing was to much trouble, one would return calls if I had question. Matt was present at each open with help of one or more of his team, they all were very friendly and positive and I received a positive outcome from auction which was handled very professionally. I would like to thank all Matt's team for the effort and outcome. Kind Regards Sue

Alex has been a great help throughout the stress of buying our first home. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the market and willing to answer any questions we may have. Always willing to go above and beyond to assist in anyway no matter what time he is contacted. Honestly could not recommend him highly enough!! Will be recommending to anyone wanting to buy or sell!

Highly recommend Matt Sergeant and Amanda Luu. Achieved great price, in a very short timespan, and through the delayed finance process kept us informed and up to date regularly.

Paul is a nice & friendly agent who help sold my parents house. He is very professional and communicates well through out the process of selling . This made it a lot easier for me to translate to my parents, who speak limited English. He has great knowledge about the area, and had given us good advice in order what we needed to do before selling, to get the best outcome. Through out the process, Paul kept us updated and was there for us if we had concerns. I would recommend Paul Whitney to anyone who want to sell there home.

I sought after Paul's expertise after my previous agent failed to sell my property after 6 months of the property being on the market. Paul took a very thorough approach to selling my property and was very confident with his knowledge and skills that he could sell the property. Paul contacted me straight away whenever anything changed and was able to adapt and change strategies during the sales process. Needless to say, Paul was able to sell my property within a month of it being listed on the market which was beyond my expectations as my property was in a suburb with a large supply of properties. I would recommend Paul to anyone considering selling their property and looking for a positive outcome within a short period of time.

Paul is great at what he does. He is open and honest and dosent take you for a ride. He is very realistic with you which I found a lot of other agents weren't. He helps keep you in the loop with everything and is amazing to work with.

I was extremely happy with Paul, he sold our house quickly and for a fair price. Paul is very friendly and approachable unlike other real estate agents. Paul follows up and provides feedback immediately after open inspections. The whole experience was pleasant and easy. We have since purchased a property once again with Harcourts and the assistance from the whole team was great. We would definitely use him again.
