Darcy was amazing
We had an investment property that was grossly miss managed by the previous property management company and as we were interstate, we had no idea this was happening. Darcy took over the property in preparation for selling and he was amazing. He organised the painting, rubbish removal, handy man and staging of the property (all at reasonable prices) and made the whole process stress free. Darcy keep us up to date at every step with a calm professional manner. Would recommend Darcy in a heartbeat.

Megan's attention to detail is superb. She was very helpful and took my phone calls when needed.
Megan is extremely professional in her dealings with me as a client and in the liaison needed between the buyer, and also with the tenants I had living at my property before sale. Megan has a very solid knowledge of the market in Adelaide and she work through some difficult sales issues with me at one point so that I could obtain the best outcome.

Excellent and supportive
The full experiance from the moment we started to discuss the thought of selling a much loved family home to the final day of hand over, was unbelievable. Sarah was very considerate and understanding through the whole selling process. She knows what you are going through and took the stress out of selling for us. Communication is always the main objective with anything, but we were continually updated on what was happening with opens and how we were presenting are home for potential buyers. Despite a protracted sales period Megan always remained positive and willing to press ahead
Megan was pleasant to deal with from the inception and actively offered numerous open inspections to assist the sale over nearly seven months. Half way through we chose to do a refurbishment which effectively meant re-marketing the property. She supported us through this period and secured the sale once done. She always kept us well informed of progress and deserved to make the sale. I think a number of things led to the protracted sale period, but these were outside Megan's control.
