Fantastic Experience
The team were excellent. We had to sell our property quickly and they rose to the challenge. They were extremely honest about pricing and ability to sell, competitive fees and transparency. The team provided excellent insight into how to stage our home from feedback from open inspections, minor changes that made a lot of difference. They were able to get a great price for the property and were great in communicating feedback from potential buyers, along with negotiating the final price. I would highly recommend Sarah and the team.

Sarah was always contactable and supportive
Sarah helped reduce the stress of buying and selling which I really appreciate. She helped with negotiating contracts and answering the many questions I had. She was always approachable and supportive. I would totally recommend her.

Easy going

Professional and Veracious!
Right off the bat I found Sarah Sheppard and her team so easy to work with. They had a really good handle on the current market, especially in our area. I was totally impressed with her ideas on how to present my property to best maximise my profits. She was totally thorough and I followed her directions to the letter and it paid off big time! The sale was handled with the utmost professionalism and care for both myself and the new owners. Very pleased with the final outcome. What more can I say... we sold on Auction Day!!

great agent for the inner west
Craig is very knowledgeable about the market for the inner western area and made the whole process very easy. He is a good communicator and from signup right through to the end I was provided information on proceedings and regularly updated on progress. At the start, he also made some suggestions on how best to present my property and as a result we achieved a sale price that was well over reserve. I would recommend Craig to anyone wanting to sell property in the inner western suburbs

Brilliantly handled.
Although we called in the two big real estate agents from our area, it was Sarah and her teams who won us over with their enthusiasm for their plan that would realise the best outcome for us. Thoughtful, understanding and professional Agent
Choosing Harcourts to handle the sale of my unit was the very BEST idea. Sarah gave my family and me wonderful advice and guidance to prepare what had been my bolt-hole for 36 years ready for presentation to prospective buyers - for this I am very grateful.
