Craig is very knowledgeable about the market for the inner western area and made the whole process very easy. He is a good communicator and from signup right through to the end I was provided information on proceedings and regularly updated on progress. At the start, he also made some suggestions on how best to present my property and as a result we achieved a sale price that was well over reserve. We went to auction with our property with a 4 week preceding sales campaign. We had a firm idea of what we needed to get for our property and if we didn't reach that we would not have sold. The marketing campaign was well executed and resulted in a number of solid leads. We thought we had 4 to 5 potential purchasers. But by auction day two had dropped out of the running and one wanted to make a "subject to" conditional offer (which we rejected). So that left us 2 bidders and we knew the upper limit of one of these bidders beforehand - and it wasn't going to be enough. So it was lucky that we had Sarah and auctioneer supremo Mark on our team. They way these two worked with the crowd and negotiated with the bidders was nothing short of incredible. They remained cool, they read the people in front of them, they relayed information back to us efficiently and in the end go us exactly what we wanted. Had we decided to use another agent I have serious doubts about whether we would have sold. So all credit to Sarah and her team. I cannot recommend them enough.

You don't sell that often, so when you dip into the market, it's like a new ball game. From the get go Sarah was fantastic. Clearly in control with a strong view of the market, the local area, trends and conditions, she neither over or under sold us, but told us exactly as it is. Even better she took two days to get back to uswith a realistic appraisal of the property and gave me some clues about increasing saleability.
